Education & Experience:
- Active personal trainer and first aid certification
- Three years of experience as a personal trainer
- Leadership and/or management experience is preferred
- Prior experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing new personal trainers
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Has an exceptional work ethic
- Motivated self-starter and team player
- Professional, punctual, and organized
