About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team at Brooks Sports. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive business growth and brand awareness in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales in Canada.
  • Manage and execute events, including race expos, community runs, and consumer marketing activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including run crews, fitness studios, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with the creative design team to develop event materials and social media content.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns to grow our audience and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • College or university education in business or marketing is an asset.
