About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at North-East Convenience Store Inc. as a General Office Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including receiving and forwarding telephone and electronic enquiries, sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • Document Management: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, sitting, and attention to detail are required for this role.
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, creative, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, time management, accurate, client focus, flexibility, punctuality, and team player are essential qualities for this position.
