We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at North-East Convenience Store Inc. as a General Office Worker.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, sorting, processing and verifying applications, receipts and other documents.
- Mail and Data Entry: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and perform data entry tasks.
- Bookkeeping and Invoicing: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare invoices and bank deposits.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Management: Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
