Technologies We Utilize:

  1. LAMP stack with Redis
  2. React and Node.js
  3. AWS services including EC2, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, API Gateway, SQS, Kinesis, RDS, and DynamoDB

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  1. Aligning strategic objectives with tactical execution;
  2. Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve their best;
  3. Collaborating with the Engineering team to foster continuous improvement.

Development:

  1. Executing coding tasks efficiently, maintaining high quality and clear documentation;
  2. Contributing to infrastructure enhancements and maintenance as needed;
  3. Advancing the technology stack of the application.

Collaboration:

  1. Understanding the product from the user's perspective;
  2. Supporting initiatives beyond your primary responsibilities;
  3. Providing and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative environment;
  4. Communicating professionally and amicably with the team.

Production Support:

  1. Managing production deployments, including necessary database updates;
  2. Proactively addressing production and infrastructure challenges through log monitoring and data analysis;
  3. Participating in on-call support as required.

Problem Solving:

  1. Engaging at any level to discuss challenges and potential solutions for tasks or projects;
  2. Constructively questioning assumptions;
  3. Conducting thorough analysis of application infrastructure and code when necessary.
