CANADIAN RADIOGRAPHY OPERATIONS MANAGER

This role demands a dedicated professional with a robust work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a strong ambition for career growth. As a pivotal leadership figure, you will provide mentorship and direction for both advanced and traditional radiography services. The Canadian Radiography Operations Manager will oversee all radiography services across Canada, collaborating closely with counterparts in the United States to facilitate technology and application advancements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Metalogic's clients is essential, with a continuous focus on minimizing their risks and costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees and consistently improves Metalogic's advanced and traditional radiography training and certification initiatives.
  • Collaborates with the Software division to enhance proprietary radiography analysis and reporting tools.
  • Directs the creation of all technical specifications and procedures to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Delivers training and mentorship to all Metalogic field technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Provides technical field support and conducts audits as necessary.

Experience / Certifications

  • Minimum Level 2 C.G.S.B. certification.

Metalogic will facilitate support for Level 3 certification.

  • At least 5 years of experience operating at a level 2 in the Oil and Gas Maintenance and New Construction sectors.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • CNSC Radiation Safety Officer certification.

*Metalogic will provide support for training and certification.

  • Experience in developing procedures and training programs.
