Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development
    • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for radiography technicians
  • Software Development
    • Collaborate with the US team to develop software for analysis and reporting
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Field Support and Training
    • Provide training and support to field technicians
  • Technical Audits
    • Conduct technical audits as needed to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Industry Expertise
    • Minimum Level 2 C.G.S.B certification
    • 5+ years of experience in Oil and Gas Industries
  • Technical Skills
    • Supervisory experience and CNSC Radiation Safety Officer certification
    • Experience in procedure development or training programs
