Responsibilities: Shaping Tomorrow's Landscapes
  • Lead and manage diverse land development planning projects, ensuring successful execution from conception to completion.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Actively participate in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively with public agencies and stakeholders, navigating regulatory processes and securing approvals for projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing technical direction, training recommendations, and ongoing support to foster their professional growth.
  • Contribute to Dillon's industry presence by actively participating in professional associations, committees, and conferences.
  • Travel to various locations for project execution, client meetings, and business development opportunities.

Qualifications: Your Expertise Matters

To excel in this role, you possess a strong foundation in land development planning and related fields.

  • Hold a degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, or a closely related discipline.
  • Possess relevant professional certifications (e.g., AICP) to demonstrate your expertise.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of land use regulations, zoning ordinances, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
