Job Summary

G RAPTORS SECURITY SERVICES LTD is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in our security operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security team members.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Supervision: Manage a team of 5-10 security personnel.
  • Certifications: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Transportation: Utilize a company-provided vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and possess a strong client focus, initiative, and judgement.
