Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security team at G RAPTORS SECURITY SERVICES LTD. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work Environment

The role primarily involves outdoor activities, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations.
  • Oversee quality control and production standards.
  • Compile and present progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Order and manage materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule team activities, potentially reviewing their work.
  • Train team members in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Must possess a valid Security Guard License.
Transportation Requirements
  • A vehicle will be provided by the employer.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Experience Requirements
