We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at G RAPTORS SECURITY SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our security personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels across our operations.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security personnel, and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a security or operations environment.
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Security Clearance: Possession of a valid Security Guard License.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
