- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security team members, providing training and support as needed.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervision: Directly supervise 5-10 team members.
- Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
- Transportation: Utilize a vehicle supplied by the employer, with a valid driver's license.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Accessibility: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees, providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Youth: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, promoting their development and growth.
- Veterans: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Indigenous People: Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
