Restaurant Operations Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Staff Management: Recruit staff, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to multitask.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and physically demanding.
