We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director, Corporate Governance to join our team on a 12-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing corporate governance services in connection with business structures, partnerships, and other operational matters
- Directing and advising on all aspects of corporate governance and compliance for the company and its affiliated entities
- Collaborating with external and internal advisors to develop and manage optimal organizational frameworks
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate law and more than five years of top-level experience in full-cycle real estate transactions.
They will possess the technical and knowledge skills to lead and advise on all aspects of corporate governance, with a focus on complex group structures and commercial rental properties.
As a key member of our team, the Executive Director, Corporate Governance will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
