Cleaning Supervisor

Luxe Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are met.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Plan and coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommend these to management.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Certifications: Aerial lift and aerial work platform certification, Occupational Health and Safety certification, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certification are required.
- Physical Demands: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy loads, and stand for extended periods is required.
