Cleaning Supervisor

Luxe Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are met.
- Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that our cleaning staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Ensure Safety and Security: Ensure that our facilities are safe and secure for our staff, clients, and visitors.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A post-secondary education in a related field such as hospitality or facility management is an asset.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry is required.
- Certifications: Aerial lift and aerial work platform certification, Occupational Health and Safety certification, and First Aid certification are required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
