Key Responsibilities

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor will:

  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend additional services such as repairs or renovations
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties
  • Coordinate activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules for the team
Supervision

This role involves supervising:

  • Janitors and caretakers
  • Light duty cleaners
  • Specialized cleaning staff
Certificates and Licenses

Preferred certifications include:

  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform certification
  • Occupational Health and Safety certificate

  • First aid certification
Security and Safety Requirements

Candidates must be:
