Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Professional Practice Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our nursing practice, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our nursing practice, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our nursing staff, promoting best practices and continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with our interprofessional team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our organizational strategy, ensuring that our nursing practice is aligned with our overall goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Masters' degree in a Health-related field
  • Minimum 2 years Acute Care experience
  • Project management and leadership experience
  • Expertise in program evaluation and staff education
  • Interprofessional practice and collaboration experience
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
