Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Coordinate special events and banquets, working closely with the events team to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • College diploma or equivalent in culinary arts or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
