Job Title: Garage Manager - Automobile Repairs

PAE TRUCKS is seeking a skilled and experienced Garage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automobile repair facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our garage, including staff supervision, customer service, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed by staff, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are completed to a high standard.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and increase sales.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial sustainability of our garage.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff as needed.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
