Shop Foreman/Master Technician Job Description

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman/Master Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and prompt repairs by skilled technicians, maintaining high customer satisfaction in the service department.
  • Recruit and motivate service technicians for efficient and high-quality repairs.
  • Assist technicians in enhancing their skills and staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
  • Oversee adherence to manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, assign repairs equitably, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Ensure accurate billing, monitor progress, and conduct thorough quality checks on completed jobs.
  • Maintain meticulous records, follow up with customers, and address complaints promptly.
  • Utilize performance metrics and tools to manage department efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
  • Monitor technicians' productivity and shop conditions, recommending equipment purchases and ensuring proper tool care and inventory.
