Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager - Automotive Repair to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our body shop, including supervising workers and projects, preparing reports, and co-ordinating activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare production and other reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to build a strong team.
• Train or arrange for training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Prepare bids to secure new business opportunities and grow revenue.
• Manage own company's financial performance, including estimating costs and materials.
• Operate CADD and other computer software systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Recommend personnel actions to promote a positive and productive work culture.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• A non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year in a relevant field.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
