The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Academic Programs Manager to join our team at the Faculty of Nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in academic programs, student support services, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing operational leadership and strategic direction to the undergraduate office of the Faculty of Nursing
- Managing the administrative, recruitment, admissions, and academic functions of undergraduate programs
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the undergraduate program(s) office
- Developing and maintaining robust support systems for students
- Participating in program review and development activities
- Cultivating strong partnerships and collaborations across campus
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in university administration
- A master's degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Superior leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management
- A forward-thinking mindset and a passion for innovation and excellence
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary range of $72,832 - $94,409 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a range of professional development opportunities.
