As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in training new and existing facilities team members across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and facilitate the completion of all eLearning, classroom-based, and on-the-job training.
- Provide regular and consistent feedback to trainees about their progress.
- Work closely with Team Leads and Supervisors to ensure the continuation of training on site.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness/completion and assist in the development of training materials and methods as required.
- Take an active role in ongoing safety training and be willing to obtain certification/knowledge required to perform Respirator Fit Tests and Confined Space Training.
Our ideal candidate will have post-secondary education related to trades, business, education, or leadership, and at least 2+ years' experience in a leadership or training-related role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using an ERP software are also essential. If you are a motivated and articulate individual with a passion for training and development, we encourage you to apply.
