Job Opportunity

The Collingwood General and Marine Hospital is seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join its team. This individual must possess an Ontario License and Royal College Certification.

Role Description

The successful candidate will work alongside a well-established group of seasoned mental health professionals providing service in a shared case model with exceptional community family physicians. Our team focuses on providing care to seriously mentally ill adults. We work closely with psychotherapists and case managers to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health services to patients in a shared case model
  • Collaborate with community family physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Work with psychotherapists and case managers to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in teaching and training activities as a teaching site of the Rural Ontario Medical Program
