As the chosen candidate for the Treasury Operations Senior Manager position, reporting directly to the VP of Tax & Treasury, you will oversee the daily cash management functions of the organization.

  • Oversee global cash management activities, including investments, cash concentration, disbursements, account establishment, and funding
  • Drive operational enhancements for payment processes and banking activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to accurately project cash balances
  • Identify and implement treasury best practices
  • Supervise intercompany funding and the financial requirements of subsidiaries
  • Lead a team of Treasury Analysts
  • Ensure adherence to banking covenants and manage the foreign exchange hedging strategy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or banking
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Preferred professional designations (CPA, CFA, MBA)
  • Familiarity with online banking systems and cash management techniques
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
