Treasury Operations Senior Manager

Position Summary:

The Treasury Operations Senior Manager will oversee the daily cash management functions at Plusgrade Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the global cash management operations, including investment strategies, cash concentration, disbursement processes, and financial analysis.
  • Drive initiatives for operational enhancements in payment processing and bank account management.
  • Accurately project cash flow and implement treasury best practices.
  • Manage funding requirements for intercompany transactions and subsidiaries.
  • Implement and monitor foreign exchange hedging strategies and currency fluctuations.
  • Maintain banking partnerships and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and manage internal and external financial reporting, controls, and compliance measures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience in cash management techniques and multi-currency operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
