  • Analyze sales and customer data to assess credit risk and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive credit files, including electronic and paper-based records.
  • Review and release blocked sales documents as necessary, ensuring seamless business operations.
  • Represent the credit department, communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and build relationships.
  • Conduct credit reference checks with external sources to qualify customers for terms and credit limit increases.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit histories.
  • Assess and analyze moderately complex credit risk customers, identifying potential issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and recommend credit limits for customers, working closely with the Credit Supervisor.
  • Support the preparation of sales tax audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent college diploma or technical school.

Bilingual Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Two years of experience in commercial credit or finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • SAP knowledge is an asset.
