About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Assurance team in Kenora. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing audit and review engagements for public and private clients, ensuring that relevant professional standards and firm policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and execute assurance and non-assurance engagements to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop business opportunities with existing clients and identify new business prospects.
  • Address client issues in a timely manner, utilizing strong technical skills and accounting experience.
  • Apply industry knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to the client's business.
Requirements
  • CPA designation and at least 3-4 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry.
  • At least 1-2 years of management/leadership experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional client service.
