Position Overview: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a client operating within the distribution industry. This is a permanent role offering a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and coordinate the activities of the accounts payable team;
  2. Ensure adherence to established procedures and policies;
  3. Address inquiries from suppliers effectively;
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
  5. Monitor daily EDI invoice discrepancies, identifying errors and rejections;
  6. Facilitate the correction and retransmission of EDI documents;
  7. Analyze EDI issues arising from transmission errors;
  8. Manage the conversion process for EDI suppliers;
  9. Maintain and update the EDI guide for suppliers.
Qualifications:
  1. Completion of a college diploma in administration or a related field;
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered);
  3. Familiarity with the Office 365 suite;
  4. Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
  5. Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset;
  6. Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written) at an intermediate level, due to the nature of the role involving interactions with clients who may speak only one of the languages.
Interview Process:

The selection process will involve an initial interview with a recruitment advisor, followed by a meeting with the human resources manager.
