• Deliver personal hygiene and assistance care tailored to residents' autonomy levels;

• Maintain effective communication with families and residents;

• Uphold resident safety by adhering to care plans and facility regulations;

• Document observations for the incoming shift;

• Implement hygiene and infection control protocols;

• Execute other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Healthcare Assistance or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

Required Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, attentive to the needs of residents.

Linguistic Skills:
French (spoken, written, comprehension): Advanced
