Physiotherapy Support Specialist

Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada Get Well Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Full time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our physiotherapy team at Get Well Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries. As a Physiotherapy Support Specialist, you will assist physiotherapists in the assessment and treatment of patients, perform evaluative tests, and collect statistics.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in a related field and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physiotherapists in patient assessments and treatment plans
  • Perform evaluative tests and collect statistics
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Work collaboratively with the physiotherapy team to achieve patient goals

Requirements:

  • College diploma in a related field (e.g. physical therapy, health sciences)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
