Job Summary

EMPLOI Soignant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aide Soignant to join our team. As an Aide Soignant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Provide personal care and hygiene services, including toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
  • Participate in the distribution of medication and assist with medical procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and resident safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Diplôme d'État d'auxiliaire de vie sociale, Diplôme d'État d'aide-soignant, Certificat d'aptitude aux fonctions d'aide-soignant, or Diplôme professionnel d'aide-soignant.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in French (spoken, written, and comprehension).
