Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.

    • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives.
  • Project Excellence:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
    • Collaborate with senior-level clients and Critical Mass executives to develop global processes, documents, and tools.
  • Account Planning and Operations:
    • Develop and execute account roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
    • Provide project delivery guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.
    • Drive continuous team development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience managing digital projects, including site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Mastery of office productivity tools, collaboration tools, and project management software.
