- Qualify the intent to purchase and secure leads or appointments for all sales channels.
- Meet departmental metrics, including daily dials, talk time, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Accurately update and maintain the CRM with call activity and detailed notes.
- Manage time effectively to achieve personal and departmental goals.
- Collaborate with team members and other functional areas as needed.
- Post-secondary education or a minimum of three years of experience in a business development or sales environment.
- Fluent in French Canadian and English (bilingual requirement).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- A team player who can contribute to the ongoing development of the department.
