About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Groupe AGF. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both official languages (English and French)
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
