Senior Analyst, Planning & Reporting at Northbridge Financial Corporation

The Senior Analyst will serve as a representative for Northbridge at the corporate level during committee discussions and will assist in corporate strategies for the organization. This position is essential for promoting operational excellence through vital connections with sales, underwriting, and the Northbridge executive team, delivering insights and evaluations into operations, improvement opportunities, and growth strategies. The Senior Analyst will acquire insights into the operational framework of a financial services company, including its business model, initiatives, reporting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proven presentation capabilities, both oral and written.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in data analysis with familiarity in PowerBI and MicroStrategy.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or relevant professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Knowledge and experience within the financial services sector are beneficial.
