Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional therapeutic team and senior marketing professionals to drive business growth and expansion in the HIV/AIDS market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Lead the development of tactical plans, messaging, and communication strategy to support the field sales plan of action (POA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Manage and execute the field sales POA, including development of sales tools, coordination with sales training, and driving for results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD) desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic business plans, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
