Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned business leader to take on the role of Director of Strategic Planning within our Canadian Planning and Enablement team. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in analytical or core strategy roles within financial services.
  • Management consulting experience and a strong understanding of the Canadian Wealth Management industry are highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience and exceptional problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience leading high-impact strategy projects and managing multiple initiatives is required.
