General Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled General Store Manager to join our team at Natural Bites Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Work Environment: Ensure a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
