Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the store's profitability.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a welcoming work environment for customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Accessibility: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
