Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at SUBWAY SANDWICHES AND SALADS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. Your leadership will guide our team in delivering exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Work Schedule: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock and sales.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet established quality control standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food service operations.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Work Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure, involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
