Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 109444. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers and kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Work Environment

As a Supervisor at Tim Hortons 109444, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a wet/damp environment and may be exposed to hot temperatures.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
