About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Zee Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payment, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with purchases, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, clean the sales floor, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Familiarity with electronic cash registers and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, crouch, and lift heavy loads.
