About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Zee Liquor Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain a Clean Store Environment by restocking merchandise, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Process Transactions and Handle Customer Payments with accuracy and efficiency, including handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Assist with Inventory Management by monitoring stock levels, reporting low stock, and assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service is an asset.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to Lift Heavy Loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
