About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Liquor 2 Go. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Sales Records: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Personal Suitability: Positive attitude, quick learner, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
