Job Title: Games Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Games Attendant to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure efficient operation of rides and attractions.
  • Issue Score Sheets: Distribute score sheets to customers and collect them after use.
  • Monitor Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain ride equipment to prevent wear and damage.
  • Operate Rides: Safely operate and manage ride operations, including monitoring safety areas and securing safety belts.
  • Perform Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on rides and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Clean Facilities: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational facilities and grounds.
  • Assist Clients: Provide assistance to clients with special needs and ensure their safety during park visits.
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless park operations.
  • Monitor Quality: Regularly inspect and monitor ride quality and production levels.
  • Requisition Materials: Order and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
