Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rides and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the park.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support park operations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to and manage emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate 4-wheel drive vehicles as required.
  • Special Needs Support: Assist guests with special needs to ensure their visit is enjoyable and accessible.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
