About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Games Attendant to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park attractions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage schedules for games and attractions to ensure optimal guest flow and minimize wait times.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games and attractions to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of games and attractions, ordering supplies as needed to ensure we have a sufficient stock.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operation of the amusement park, including coordinating activities and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
