About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Games Attendant to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Games Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park attractions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rides and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the park.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support park operations.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train

Our amusement park is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Games Attendant, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our attractions.
